Trachycarpus likes light, even full sun, but also tolerates partial shade. It can live indoors all year round, or be taken outside from May to September. Water regularly but not excessively: the soil should remain fresh, but not soggy. Remember to bring it indoors before the first frost if you are growing it in a pot outdoors.

This palm tree is one of the most cold-resistant among exotic species. And with its coconut palm-like appearance without the constraints, it takes you on a journey without leaving your sofa.
